Porsche 911 1964-1973911 1964 - 1973 These Porsches came in various styles with mostly engine changes, from carbs to fuel injection. 2.0 liter, 2.2 liter, 2.4 liter, etc. They came with the S. E. T. C designations. They are great cars. The early 911's are very light with lots of power. They tend to get rusty so look for a rust free one. The 911 S is probably the best and fastest out of all of them. The early Targa's have a removable top and zip out plastic rear window. These cars are a pleasure to drive and relatively simple to maintain. The car can be used as a daily driver, built in large quantities so parts are not hard to find.
